Hampton Inn Mitchell

Ideal and handy location to Dakota Discovery Museum. Found in the downtown area adjacent to Mitchell, South Dakota, the SPAM museum in MN and the Badlands to the west in SD and the Corn Palace before heading home.

My wife really liked the Neutrogena products in the bathroom.

The stay was great, especially since we chose to explore the unique attractions nearby, like the Corn Palace. The whirlpool suite was a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. I was impressed with the quality of the breakfast, it had plenty of options to energize us for the day. The location was handy, with several restaurants just a short walk away.

The indoor pool was refreshing after a long day of driving. I also appreciated the free breakfast,. I spent some time in a whirlpool suite with a nice escape after exploring the Corn Palace. While I usually seek out unique lodgings, this stay was a comfortable experience while traveling as a couple in the U.S.

Some amenities were not up to expectations. I encountered some issues with noise from the nearby main road.

Cozy rooms and excellent breakfast

The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options that really helped kick-start my mornings. The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist. One area for improvement could be the noise levels from the adjacent rooms and hallways, which occasionally disrupted the quiet atmosphere.

I had an amazing stay, especially with the warm welcome and clean spacious room. Breakfast was delicious, with real food options, and the inviting pool area was a perfect surprise!

The hotel came highly recommended, and it lived up to expectations. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were well-maintained. Highway noise and some minor cleanliness issues were drawbacks. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a great variety to start the day.

The hotel was super clean. The LCD televisions provided great entertainment for the kids, a nice touch during downtime. The location was perfect for our needs.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.

The hampton inn was a fantastic stop after a long drive. The whirlpool suite was cozy and perfect for relaxation. The location is great, just a two-minute walk to ruby tuesday's. Plus, the front desk super nice team with my business needs.

We really enjoyed the reasonably large room with a Jacuzzi and refrigerator, and the convenient location near the freeway was ideal for us.
